Ikatan Pemuda Sulawesi Tenggara Kota Kupang
PENDAHULUAN
Gerakan masyarakat olahraga dan mengolahragakan masyarakat terus ditingkatkan agar lebih meluas dan merata diseluruh pelosok tanah air, untuk menciptakan budaya berolahraga dan Iklim yang sehat mendorong peran serta aktif masyarakat dalam peningkatan olahraga. Perlu ditumbuhkan sikap masyarakat yang tanggung jawab, sportif dalam semua keolahragaan
Upaya peningkatan prestasi olahraga perlu dilaksanankan pembinaan olahragawan sedini mungkin melalui pencarian dan pemanfaatan bakat pendidikan dan pelatihan olahraga prestasi yang didasarkan IPTEK secara lebih efektif berkualitas. Penyediaan sarana dan prasaran a Olahraga yang memadai dilingkungan formal maupun non formal kemasyarakatan diupayakan pemenuhan standar minimal. Upaya pengembangan objek dan daya tarik wisata serta kegiatan promosi dan pemasaran baik lokal, Nasional ditingkatkan seceraa terencana, terpadu efektif dengan kerja sama Masyarakat yang memiliki potensi.
Dalam upaya pengembangan budaya pariwisata diupayakan membangkitkan ekonomi masyarakat. Potensi ekonomi masyarakat yang bercirikan gotong royong/kooperatif inilah menjadi harapan penumbuh kembang kesejahteraan masyarakat luas.
\Dengan pemikiran tersebut, komunitas pemuda sulawes tenggara yang berada dikota Kupang mengiinkan kolaborasi potensi antara olahraga budaya pariwisata dan ekonomi saling mendukung yaitu melaksanakan kegiatan lomba dayaung.

Ø Lomba Dayung Sampan Tradisional 1 Orang Putra
Ø Lomba Dayung Sampan Tradisional 2 Orang Putra
Ø Lomba Dayung Sampan Tradisional 1 Orang Putri
Ø Lomba Dayung Sampan Tradisional 2 Orang Putri
NAMA DAN TEMPAT KEGIATAN
Nama Kegiatan ini adalah : Lomba Dayung Tradisional Kota Kupang 2011, sedangkan tema yang usung pada kegiatan ini adalah : Selagi muda, Tunjukan Kreativitas demi kemajuan Bangsa.
TUJUAN KEGIATAN
Kegiatan ini bertujuan :
1. Meningkatkan prestasi olahraga lomba dayung
2. Meningkatkan persatuan kesatuan Masyarakat
3. Meningkatkan pengenalan wisata Bahari yang berbudaya Luar.
4. Meningkatkan potensi ekonomi.
WAKTU DAN TEMPAT KEGIATAN
Kegiatan ini akan dilaksanakan pada 17 dan 18 September 2011 yang bertempat di Pantai Kelapa Lima kota Kupang – NTT
PENYELENGGARA KEGIATAN
Penyelenggara Kegiatan ini adalah Ikatan Pemuda Sulawesi Tenggara kota Kupang. Adapun Struktur kepanitiaan Terlampir.
PESERTA KEGIATAN
Peserta Kegiatan ini adalah :
1. Nelayan Kota Kupang dan Kabupaten Kupang.
2. Masyarakat Luas (Remaja dan Pemuda ) se Kota Kupang dan Kabupaten Kupang.
ANGGARAN KEGIATAN
Kegiatan ini memerlukan biaya sebesar
Rp. 34. 250 000,- (Tiga Puluh Empat Juta, Dua Raus Lima Puluh Ribu Rupiah.) adapun anggaran biaya terlampir.
PENUTUP
Demikian proposal ini dibuat sebagai gambaran kegiatan dan bahan pertimbangan serta acua bagi pihak terkait, semoga kegiatan ini dapat bermanfaat bagi kemajuan dan perkembangan kota Kupang.
